The Portfolio module offers an optional "Sync Mail" feature that connects your Gmail account (read-only access, the gmail.readonly scope) so the app can find broker trade-confirmation emails and turn them into transactions automatically, instead of you entering each one by hand. This section describes exactly what that feature does with your Google data, on top of the general policy above.

• What we access: read-only access to your Gmail inbox, limited to searching for and reading messages that look like a broker trade confirmation (a purchase/sale bill, contract note, or settlement), including PDF attachments on those specific messages. We never send, delete, or modify anything in your mailbox.

• What we store: only the transaction data our parser successfully recognizes (ticker, quantity, price, date, fees) is saved, as a normal transaction in your own portfolio — the same record you'd get by entering it manually. An email we can't confidently parse is shown to you as an unrecognized item for that one sync only; we do not keep a separate copy of your email content, attachments, or message metadata.

• What we never store: your Gmail password, and your Gmail access/refresh token — that credential is kept only in your own browser (localStorage), never sent to or stored on our servers, and is used just long enough to run the sync you asked for.

• Sharing: Gmail data is never shared with, or sold to, any third party. It is used solely to provide this one feature to you.

• Your control: disconnect at any time from the Sync Mail dialog's "Disconnect" button, which immediately stops any further access. You can also revoke this app's access directly from your Google Account at myaccount.google.com/permissions.

• Multi-portfolio scope: if you manage more than one portfolio, each portfolio's Gmail connection is independent — connecting Gmail for one portfolio does not grant access on behalf of any other.

Stock Sessions' use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
